Learner profiles, IDs, contacts, and programme history for your SDP.
How do I add a student?
Open Students from the main menu, choose Add student, and capture ID number, contact details, and any branch. You can also enrol them into a qualification from the student profile.
Can guardians see learner data?
Yes — when a guardian is linked on the student record and portals are in use, guardians can sign in to view results, attendance, and documents you choose to expose.
Keep ID numbers and contact emails accurate: they drive portal invites, statements of results, and compliance exports.
