EISA registration deadline calculator
EISA dates are set per qualification by the Quality Partner. Registration usually closes about three months before the sitting — with no late entries. Use a published date from Assessa’s calendar, or enter an EISA date from your QP notice.
Planning estimate only. Always confirm the registration close date on the QP / QCTO notice for your SAQA ID. Assessa’s calendar uses the same three-month rule when a published close date is not supplied separately.

- • Only put forward learners with a Statement of Results and prior QCTO enrolment.
- • Submit EISA readiness / LEISA updates on the prescribed QCTO channel before the close date — late registrations are not allowed.
- • Full / part qualifications: enrol learners with QCTO within 21 working days of training start. Skills programmes: commonly within 5 working days (and use FISA, not EISA).
